TUTTIO second-hand e-bikes undergo thorough inspection and testing to guarantee their full functionality. Each unit is a returned bike that has been professionally refurbished and restored to reliable working condition.
It was returned due to a failed delivery and experienced extended transportation and transit handling, resulting in damaged packaging and minor cosmetic scratches on the bike. The bike itself remains functional and suitable for use. All features are intact and ready for use. Collection in person only; shipping is not available.
The pickup location is Unit 9-10, 166 Feltham Road, Ashford, TW15 1YQ.
If you are located near our warehouse—whether in the same city, the same location, or even from out of location with a suitable vehicle—you are welcome to pick up the bike in person.
After placing your order, we will contact you by email to arrange and confirm the pickup details. Please ensure your contact information at checkout is accurate. On the day of pickup, please check in at the office front entrance and wait with your pickup BOL (Bill of Lading) to collect your unit.

The warranty period for the product is 2 years, calculated from the date of purchase by the original purchaser ("the Buyer"). Any repairs or replacements during the warranty period will not extend the original warranty duration. The warranty is registered automatically when the initial purchaser orders and then receives the product from our online shop and applies to the initial purchaser only. If any damaged accessories are found upon receiving them, please get in touch with us promptly for replacement.
